Where to Start/Being a Creative Rocks!

So it’s week number 59 since U! Marketing opened it’s doors. It’s also week 2 of hyper drive, madness, super early mornings and real late nights – is it considered a late night or early morning when you’re still up to see the sunrise? Not that we’re complaining! Work is great, but when you’re not prepared for such a sudden high volume of projects it kind of catches you by surprise!

A massive influx of projects has made the idea of having a caffeine addiction seem like a really good idea right about now… and I don’t even really like coffee! Although chocolate covered coffee beans have done it for me in the past! While it may be a rollercoaster trying to sort through everything and keep to timetables, schedules, deadlines, and all that jazz it’s still a wicked good time. I’ll definitely be ready for something like this the next time around. Actually, I hope the work load doesn’t stop and only gets larger. Time management. Two words that mean a whole lot when you realize you only have 29 hrs in a day – well my days anyway!

We’re working on some really cool sites and other projects. One in particular sounds like it’s going to be over the top cool.

We think it’s pretty cool. Then again I think everything we do is cool. What I do in general is cool. Man, being a creative is probably the best job in the world!

It’s uLaunch, not iLaunch!

So we finally did it. Launched U! Marketing’s new site and portfolio. Took me forever to get the portfolio together. I don’t like to brag, either that or I’m just lazy and indecisive on what to put in it.

I like the new look. Clean. Simple. Creative touch. And a dash of red. Ok a lot of red, but it screams “look at me” the way a fire truck screams “GET OUT OF MY WAY!”

Check it all out. Let us know what you think. There’ll be more soon.
